Until the end of 2008, we used to have the ultimate tow plane for our Salto: An EXTRA 300L, rated at 300 HP. Three minutes after takeoff the tow arrived 1,000 m higher in the box, in normal flight or inverted, just as you liked it.
Since 2009 D-EXUG has a new home base:
It is stationed in Lisbon/Portugal (LPCS) and kept very busy there, appropriately. We just wish that Fernando and his team mates will enjoy the aircraft for many more years to come, and will always touch down safely at their home base.
|D-EXUG is also available for the new Microsoft FSX. It was created by Michael Garbers, who operates FlightXtreme, the Virtual Aerobatic World Championship.|
All add-ons for D-EXUG can be downloaded as a ZIP-file [7.645 KB]
here. The demo-version of FSX can be downloaded from the Microsoft homepage. Just be aware that the program needs a lot of computing power.
